- Male / Female, max. age 28 years old
- Minimum University degree, with GPA min. 3.00
- Preferably having prior experience in priority / personal banking / call center / hospitality industry / any customer-focus industry
- Having creativity to develop customer loyalty programs as well as execute the program implementation
- Possess understanding to setup customer database system & knowledge about call center management system
- Good knowledge in developing standard operating procedure for the predefined business process
- Excellent communication skill to all level of organization
- Energetic, outgoing personality & customer friendly
- Creative (think out-of-the-box) & able to work independently
- Confident to work with targets / strict deadlines & able to cope with the dynamic changes within the organization
- Fluent in English and Computer Literate (MS Office)
