Secretary
The Secretary is responsible for providing senior level secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office.

Main Activities:
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
  • Provide word-processing and secretarial support
  • Type confidential documents on a word processing system
  • Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications:
  • Holding Min. D3 Secretary from Reputable Secretarial Academy (Tarakanita)
  • Speak and write English fluently (it’s a must)
  • Good typing skill with 10 fingers (it’s a must)
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Program: Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Outstanding communication and professional appearance
  • Demonstrate good attitude and interpersonal skills
  • Having 3 – 5 years experience as secretary in corporate will be a significant plus


Administration Staff (6 months contract based)
Assisting in administrative works and others works related to handling and serving our customer needs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in accounting, or science from reputable university, fresh graduate is welcomed.
  • Fluent English in both oral & written.
  • Familiar with MS Office (advance in Excel).
  • Good analytical thinking and customer focus.
  • Willing to be work as temporary employee.
